What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi 500/500 Mbps is available.
Is Netflix available?
Yes. Netflix is available for guest entertainment.

What is the maximum number of guests?
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests (10 PAX). The villa is best suited for families and groups up to this size.
Is karaoke available?
No. Karaoke is not available at the villa.

What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Please respect neighbors.
How much is the direct-booking deposit?
A ฿2,000 deposit is required to confirm direct bookings.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A ฿5,000 refundable security deposit is required and refunded after check-out inspection.
